Stanley Park, Granville Market and three famous comedy clubs. The Vancouver Aquarium, Science World and Vancouver Art Gallery are all worth a visit. If you dare, take a walk across Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver.
For night-time fun, Granville Street is where the younger crowd gathers. Several of the city’s top 10 night clubs are there. You may spot the rich and famous at the clubs in Yaletown. The clubs are ultra-trendy, but if you want elegance and glamour, try Gastown in Vancouver’s historic center.
World Class Winter Sports
Just a two-hour drive from Vancouver is one of the most famous ski resorts in the world. Whistler, the home of the 2010 Winter Olympics is a skiing and snowboarding haven with its famous Peak 2 Peak Gondola that joins Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.

If you are looking for the most extreme mountainous wilderness, you will find it in Glacier National Park and Mount Revelstoke National Park. With steep descents and narrow trails, it may not be the best place for beginners. If you get there, you will see old-growth trees, bears, caribou, mountain goats and much more wildlife on the numerous hiking trails.
