eral of San Antonio’s main attractions.
Art and History
The south end of the River Walk has hiking and biking trails that lead to several of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed San Antonio Missions. San Antonio timeshare owners enjoy the River Walk as much as tourists do, especially the Museum Reach where you will find the San Antonio Museum of Modern Art and the Pearl Brewery. The two and a half mile walk has about 20 bridges and several giant ancient bald cypress trees.
The Alamo is San Antonio’s most famous historical site. Originally the Mission San Antonio de Valero built in the 18th century, it was the site of an epic battle for Texas’ independence from Mexico. The Alamo offers a fun and interesting experience for the whole family, but San Antonio has more.
More Than Just the Alamo
Six Flags Fiesta is the ultimate theme park. All of the attractions have a Texan theme with a Goliath roller coaster, white-water rapids and several family-friendly live shows. Another place kids love is the award-winning San Antonio Zoo. With the third largest animal collection in the country and most in outdoor habitats, it is a fascinating place to spend the day. For those who want out of the city, the Texas Hill Country provides hiking and biking trails, gorgeous wildflowers in season, deer and other local wild animals and more. You may pass through small towns on quiet country roads and see several historic sites.
Southtown is the arts district where you can take the longest existing art walk in the city. Along the way, visit the Dorcol Distilling Co., several venues for live music and the Friendly Spot with a beer garden and playground with lots of outdoor seating. San Antonio is an open city for special needs including Morgan's Wonderland and Morgan's Inspiration Island where everyone is guaranteed a great time in these amazing water parks.

If you own a San Antonio timeshare, this is not a problem for you because you have already paid for your accommodation.
In late April, San Antonio throws a 10-day birthday party citywide with parades on the river and streets, Battle of the Flowers, carnivals, Tejano music and an endless selection of mouthwatering food.
