Steve Luba - Chief Communications Officer

Steve Luba is the Chief Communications Officer for Timeshare Broker Associates and manages the public affairs, content creating and blogging efforts of the company. As a 14-year veteran of the timeshare industry, he has eagerly followed evolving trends from the impact of the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 through the Great Recession, the rapid growth of timeshare over the past decade and the shock waves felt from COVID.

Now authoring the timeshare blog for Timeshare Broker Associates, Steve has spearheaded the company’s efforts to inform and educate new and existing timeshare owners, as well as those considering timeshare for the first time.    

A past contributor to industry publications such as Resort Trades and Developments Magazine, he was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Perspective Magazine. Steve provided oversight and articles for the five regional timeshare trade magazines under the Perspective Magazine title. He also had an integral role in the early development of Perspective’s annual industry networking conference, GNEX.

With nearly 36 years’ experience in diverse roles in radio and television, sales and marketing, public relations and article contributions, he brings a well-rounded viewpoint to our industry. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and has been married to his wife Rosanne for 32 years.
