Just minutes from the Magic Kingdom is a wilderness-themed resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, featuring Copper Creek Villas and Cabins for quiet luxury in the middle of this exciting vacation destination.
Owning a Disney timeshare at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins will significantly reduce the cost of an annual family vacation. You will have your choice from a full range of villas or one of the 26 waterfront cabins that have screened-in wraparound porches and built-in hot tubs.
The Copper Creek Villas have views of either the pool area, Bay Lake, the woodlands, the courtyard, or Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Whether you are vacationing as a single, a couple, or a large family, there is the perfect residence for you.
The most compact is the Deluxe Studio apartment with one queen-sized bed, one queen-sized sleeper sofa and either a tub or with a walk-in shower. The amenities include a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. The studio also has wireless Internet access and a flat-screen TV.
If you need more space, a one-bedroom villa may be your choice. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer plus all of the above amenities and a bubble jet tub in the full bathroom. You will also have a furnished private balcony.
More privacy is available in the two-bedroom villa with all of the above amenities as well as the living room and dining area, two bathrooms and two pullout sofa beds. Portable highchairs and cribs are available on request.
The three-bedroom Grand Villa is top-of-the-line. It is like a spacious home and comfortably sleeps 12 people. It has all of the above amenities and more, such as a separate dining room.
Last but certainly far from least are the spectacular Cabins right on Bay Lake. They sleep eight with all the comforts of home and is your private vacation home every year if you are a Disney timeshare owner.
The cabins are surrounded by the natural habitat created specifically for this resort, and visitors feel like they are in a wilderness retreat, which they are, even though they are near all the Orlando action. The cabins have been designed and decorated with a rustic elegance as well as artwork inspired by the history of the Pacific Northwest.
The whole resort is amazing and there is nothing else like it at Disney World. You can own a piece of it by buying a Disney timeshare and having access to all of the amenities and features on offer to guests.
Start with the pools because they are amazing. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has two pools and each is designed to resemble a natural swimming area. One has boulders and foliage and resembles a woodland swimming hole. The other has a zero-depth entry just like walking into the ocean and a sandy beach.
Copper Creek Springs Pool is a bubbling heated pool surrounded by nature. It has a 67-foot waterslide built into the rocks and has cold and hot whirlpool spas. The surrounding aquatic play area is specially designed for children to explore and enjoy. Beverages and snacks are close by at the Geyser Point Bar & Grill, and there are tables and lounge chairs, so you can sit poolside.
Boulder Ridge Cove Pool is on the Boulder Ridge side of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and the huge beach-entry pool has six shaded seating areas.
The resort has four areas that have gas grills and chairs and tables as well as basketball courts and movies under the stars. Behind the Copper Creek Springs Pool is a geyser that erupts every hour up to 120 feet into the air. As a timeshare owner, you will have a front-row seat for the nightly parade of lighted boats on the lake.
Maintain your workout at the fully equipped fitness center. When you’re finished, enjoy a relaxing time in the sauna. There is a special cardiovascular room with elliptical machines, treadmills, exercise bicycles, and stair climbers. The weight room has free weights and weight machines. If you need it, you can have a massage afterward for a small fee.
Rent a bike for exercise and adventure when you ride the trails in a pine forest with waterways and wildlife. There are also jogging trails throughout the woodlands.
You can also rent a motorboat or sailboat for fun or fishing, make s’mores at a campfire or play in the arcade room. And this is only the beginning. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge offers free transportation to Disney parks, restaurants, shopping areas, and entertainment venues.
Vacationers know that it’s not just about the basics at the resort but the additional conveniences that make traveling easier. Below are a few extras available at Disney's Wilderness Lodge:
Disney rules the world of Orlando theme parks, with Universal Studios and SeaWorld not far behind. There are 12 theme parks in the region from which to choose and enjoy endless fun.
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge put you right in the middle of all the action. With free transportation from the resort to your favorite Disney park, you won’t miss a thing.
This is one theme park you don’t want to miss. With encounters with wild animals, trails through the jungle, and high-speed action in Pandora and the World of Avatar, this place is awesome. You will ride on a Mountain Banshee and travel through the bioluminescent rainforest. There are restaurants and cafes, so arrive early and stay late.
An African Safari with live animals, a whitewater river in India, and a runaway train through the Himalayas, where you just miss crashing into a Yeti are just a few of the attractions that await you.
The iconic standards for any Disney vacation, these two stalwarts have withstood the test of time with spectacular success, providing generations of families a magical vacation for 50 years. Whether it is Cinderella’s Castle, Space Mountain, the Jungle Cruise, the Mayan pyramid in Mexico or bistros in France, enduring memories are made in these world-renowned parks.
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon is like a day at the beach without driving to the coast. You have the sandy beach, waves, and water slides.
Castaway Creek is located in Typhoon Lagoon and this lazy river is 2,000 feet long with no time limit for visitors. It’s rated as one of the best in the Orlando area. You get a substantial floating device, nothing flimsy, and float near thundering waterfalls, overhead rope bridges, shady grottoes, and rainforests. There is even a tunnel through Mount Mayday.
SeaWorld has undergone a transformation over the last few years but remains a must-see attraction in central Florida. Live shows featuring dolphins, sea lions and the killer whales at the Orca Encounter remain the hallmark of the park, with new attractions featuring Sesame Street characters and a manatee rehabilitation center.
For more excitement, choose from the exhilarating selection of coaster rides such as Mako, Manta, Ice Breaker and Kraken.
Next to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove has the underwater kind of adventure that you can swim with and touch. It’s a real-life way to go under the waves and see a coral reef, stingrays, and swim with dolphins.
By now, Harry Potter fans know all about this terrific destination, but you may not know that the complex is actually made up of three distinct parks – Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay.
Universal Studios Florida is the flagship property with themed attractions around popular characters such as ET and Despicable Me, plus live shows and Harry Potter’s Diagon Alley with the Hogwarts Express.
Islands of Adventure is where things really get wild, with the Jurassic Park River Adventure, superhero encounters with Spiderman and coasters like Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.
Volcano Bay is the water park with a beach, pools, coaster and water slides coming out of the volcano.
Just outside of the Lake Buena Vista area is Gatorland. Florida is famous for alligators and Gatorland has hundreds including rare species as well as crocodiles and other reptiles. They even have shows, such as the Alligator Jumparoo and Gator Wrestlin’, so don’t miss this fun attraction that predates even Disney World.
Orlando can seem overwhelming with so many amazing attractions and fun activities. There’s no way you can fit them all into one vacation. This is where the advantages of buying Disney timeshare points come in. When you own, you can use them every year and have a different experience each time.
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are an exceptional way to experience all that the Disney parks and Orlando have to offer.
